Alimak’s range of construction and industrial products includes construction hoists, industrial elevators, transport platforms, material hoists and mast climbing work platforms.Cable Guiding Equipment
The Alimak cable guiding system always keeps the cable under tension. Most Alimak product models have power and control wires to the car, which means that they have separate safety and door circuits. Cable guides are used to restrain the cable in normal use and in windy conditions to prevent damage from entrapment with moving machinery high wind areas it may be necessary to increase the number of cable guides and reduce the interval they are fitted at. The Alimak machine will always have power even if base and landings are electrically interlocked. Frequency controller will always be powered up and the machine will have permanent lighting and start directly.Mast & Ties
Alimak mast ties are used for attachment of the mast tower to a structure or building. Several types are available to suit different conditions and structures. They are built on a modular flexible design, adjustable in height, width, and length with flexible wall brackets. Alimak offers three mast types, each to support the light, medium and heavy range of construction products. The masts can be used collectively on hoists and platforms which fall into the same product category, resulting in cost benefits for fleet owners. Alimak mast profiles are designed to be light yet strong, minimizing the number of anchor points and providing extensive lifting heights and high free overhang. The high-quality materials and the manufacturing process are strictly controlled, and the stress testing is rigorous.Landing Equipment
Alimak’s flexible, modular, reduced height landing gate system suits the entire Alimak product range of construction hoists, material hoists and transport platforms. All gates are CE marked and EU type approved according to EN 2006/42/EU and meets EN 12159 requirements for high speed hoists (>0.7 m/s). They are also compliant with EN12158 and EN16719 Alimak gates can be installation against slab, balcony, vertical pipes and stair tower/landing bridge and fit all scaffolding systems currently on the market.
